The world’s most in-demand hard techno DJ Holy Priest shakes up the lineup of the 8th Sea Star Festival

The world’s most sought-after hard techno DJ, masked antihero Holy Priest, joins this year’s Sea Star Festival lineup! One of the most influential figures on today’s rave scene will ignite the lagoon atmosphere, bless the crowd with his signature hard techno sound, and take part in the rebel rave takeover of the Tesla Main Stage. The creator of the viral remix “Vielleicht, Vielleicht” and the hit “No Balance” arrives from the world’s biggest stages to present his raw hardcore sound packed with brutal basslines. Dutch techno frontrunner KI/KI, Portuguese queen BIIA, and Holy Priest form a trio set to deliver a true raver experience. From May 28 to 31, the Stella Maris lagoon in Umag will become a true techno paradise by the sea.

Holy Priest is a masked DJ and producer who has become an essential name on the lineups of the world’s biggest techno festivals. His sets, authentic performances, physical presence, and aesthetic have evolved into a true cultural phenomenon: fans across the globe follow him almost religiously, while the mystery surrounding his identity has created massive global hype. Through his label FXCK, the German DJ has successfully built a strong attitude and brand that define his entire career. Hardcore sound, mystery, along with irony and humor, are all trademarks of Holy Priest.

Holy Priest absolutely dominates hard, dark techno with an ironic twist, as proven by his multi-million streaming hits such as “No Balance”, with over 28 million streams, and high-energy tracks like “Under The Lights”. In addition to his original productions, the masked rebel gained particular recognition for his remix of “Vielleicht, Vielleicht”, which has amassed over 83 million streams on Spotify alone. His reinterpretations of the iconic hip-hop hit “Gangsta’s Paradise” and “2 Be High”, originally performed by Nico Moreno and Warface, are also hugely popular.

This anonymous antihero has graced the world’s biggest stages, with loyal fans following him devotedly. He has commanded the decks at festivals such as Tomorrowland and Creamfields, and earlier this year introduced audiences to a new, uniquely his own rave concept – the Holy Shit Show, based on minimal distance and maximum chaos. Through his sets, he creates a space of rebellion, mystery, and community, bringing unstoppable energy and relentless tempo to every performance.

Holy Priest, alongside previously announced KI/KI and BIIA, will create an unforgettable rebel rave atmosphere on the Tesla Main Stage at the eighth edition of Sea Star Festival. Also performing in Umag are DJ icon Boris Brejcha and West Coast hip-hop legend Xzibit, accompanied by the band Furnace. Audiences will also have the unique opportunity to experience the musical-ecological spectacle Emergency EXIT, a collaboration between EXIT Festival, Boom Festival, and the La Fura dels Baus troupe, featuring renowned electronic producer Satori. Also arriving at the Tesla Main Stage are American star Layla Benitez, electro wunderkind Lanna, and regional live sensation KOIKOI.

The powerful Sea Star Gang lineup has also been announced: Amna, Grše, Hiljson Mandela, Prti Bee Gee, TBF, Blackout Showcase w/ Phat Phillie, Bore Balboa, Macha Ravel, TNG, Bejbe, Noti Limun, and Tibor will take over the lagoon this year. The Electric Waves stage will bring together strong regional electronic names, including DJ Labud, Herya, INKA, Kim Ono, Lottie, Marcel, Marin Biočić, and Sunny Sun.

The 8th edition of Sea Star Festival will take place from May 28 to 31, 2026, in the Stella Maris lagoon in Umag. As before, the main festival days will be Friday, May 29, and Saturday, May 30, while Thursday and Sunday are reserved for the Welcome Day and After Party.
