Tens of thousands of visitors from more than 40 countries are coming to the beautiful Stella Maris Lagoon for an event whose attendance numbers will rival its first, record-breaking edition. The fantastic line-up is led by <strong>Amelie Lens, Dubioza Kolektiv, Meduza, Onyx, Konstrakta, KALUSH Orchestra, Umek, Topic, Senidah, Vojko V, Bu\u010d Kesidi, Adiel, Tijana T, Insolate, z++, Kukus<\/strong> and many others.<\/p>\n<p>The main two days of the festival, Friday the 27th and Saturday the 28th of May, are expanded by <strong>a warm-up party<\/strong> on Thursday, on the fan-favourite <strong>Electric Waves Stage<\/strong>. This weekend, aside from fantastic performances, all Sea Star visitors will be welcomed by a true summer atmosphere \u2014 warm and sunny days with temperatures of up to 30 degrees Celsius \u2014 perfect for the first big festival gathering in 2022.<\/p>\n<h3>From Warm Up to Close \u2014 Daily Festival Programme!<\/h3>\n<p>The Sea Star programme will take place across four stages. The main ones are the <strong>Tesla Main Stage<\/strong> and<strong> Nautilus Arena<\/strong>, along with attractive alternative oases <strong>Electric Waves<\/strong> and<strong> Silent Octopus<\/strong>, all located right by the sea.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warm-Up Party \/\/ Thursday, May 26th at 8 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The beautiful Electric Waves Stage, by the sea, will play host to music magicians, creating an overture to the best Sea Star Festival so far! The Welcome Party starts at 8 p.m., admission is free, and <strong>SMT#nG, Mateo Santic, Recep<\/strong> and <strong>Phrasal<\/strong> will be in charge of the atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Day 1 \/\/ Friday, May 27th at 7 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The festival doors will open at 7 p.m. on Friday, May 27th, and the performances will start at 8 p.m. The first day of Sea Star is reserved for performances by the mega-popular Italian trio <strong>Meduza<\/strong>, hip-hop legend <strong>Onyx<\/strong>, Eurosong winner <strong>Kalush Orchestra<\/strong>, fan favourites <strong>Konstrakta<\/strong> and <strong>Senidah<\/strong> and a long line of exciting performances, including<strong> Topic, Adiel, Kuku$, Tijana T, Vojko V, Stole X Smoke Mardeljano X Phat Phillie, Brina Knauss, Insolate, Vanillaz\u00a0<\/strong>performances, as well as <strong>Andrea Ljekaj, Borut Cvajner, Bronski, Marin Bio\u010di\u0107, Soulfreq, Traples, Virgin Helen<\/strong>a.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aside from the new names in the line-up, the organisers of Sea Star have made an effort to provide the Umag audience with tickets for the first day of the EXIT festival when Iggy Azalea will perform.<\/strong> Buyers of one-day tickets for the first day of Sea Star (Friday, May 27th) should keep their tickets, while two-day festival ticket buyers, meaning festival wristband holders should keep their plastic tags. Using the information contained on the ticket or tag, along with their name, users should contact us at <a href=\"mailto:answerme@exitfest.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>answerme@exitfest.org<\/strong><\/a> <strong>no later than 25th June<\/strong> and they will get a one-day ticket for EXIT 2022 day 1, Thursday July 7.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Day 2 \/\/ Saturday, May 28th at 7 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Saturday is reserved for performances by techno queen <strong>Amelie Lens, Dubioza Kolektiv<\/strong>, and <strong>Umek<\/strong>. The festival will also welcome <strong>Bu\u010d Kesidi, Farrago, 30 Zona, Bore Balboa X Gr\u0161e, Buntai, Mimi Mercedez, Muha, Tam, Z++, Alex Ranerro, Alokin, Herya, Igz, Makarun, Marcel, Rasheed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The festival programme ends with a <strong>Closing Party<\/strong> that will last until noon on Sunday, May 29th, on the<strong> Electric Waves<\/strong> stage. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.staging.seastarfestival.com\/en\/timeline\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>timelines<\/strong><\/a> of all stages can be seen on the official festival website.<\/p>\n<h3>Entrance<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Entrance working hours:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Friday, May 27: 7pm-3am<br \/>\nSaturday, May 28: 7pm-3am<\/p>\n<p><strong>Festival wristbands will be checked from 7 PM until 3 AM.<\/strong> During one night (after 7 PM) you can enter the festival only once. There is no re-entry if you wish to leave the festival site during the night and you will have to buy another ticket if you do so.<\/p>\n<p>Apart from the festival security the entrances are controlled by police as well, in order to avoid entering the festival premises with forbidden objects and substances. Vehicles cannot enter the festival zone without appropriate credentials.<\/p>\n<h3>Summer Days at Sea Star!<\/h3>\n<p>In addition to the heated atmosphere brought by musical legends, a top-class weekend in Umag will be ensured by real summer days with air temperatures up to 30 degrees Celsius and a sea warm enough for swimming.<\/p>\n<h3>SSF Woov App<\/h3>\n<p>You can have all the essential info on the festival at your fingertips starting this year via the Sea Star Woov app. All you need to do is <a href=\"http:\/\/woov.to\/seastarfestival22\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>install the app<\/strong><\/a> on your mobile device and keep track of all the information about the festival, from line-up info to connecting with other Sea Star visitors.<\/p>\n<h3>Social Activism at Sea Star<\/h3>\n<p>This season as well, Sea Star\u2019s cooperation with <strong>RECAN<\/strong> continues through several activities. <strong>Pixelata<\/strong> is a 12-square-meter wall made of over 2,00 used cans creating a large mural, a true work of art. Backpacks \u2014Recan Foundation volunteers will patrol the festival with recycling backpacks on their backs, collecting cans. The interactive <strong>XO<\/strong> is a replica of Tic-Tac-Toe, using empty recyclable cans.<\/p>\n<p>In the <strong>STAR4KIDS<\/strong> campaign, the stars performing at the festival will donate signed personal items or objects (instruments, pieces of clothing\u2026) for sale at a charity online auction.<\/p>\n<p>The global auction will take place in the near future, and all the money raised will be used to treat sick children. During the festival, a <strong>panel called \u201cMajor International Music Events as Generators of Tourism, Development, and Cooperation in the Region\u201d<\/strong> will be held, in which music stars, dignitaries, and the festival\u2019s organisers will cover this hot topic. The way in which music events, festivals, and concerts influence tourism development and encourage cooperation in the region has become particularly important in the post-pandemic period.<\/p>\n<h3>Wristband Collection and Festival Map<\/h3>\n<p>To enable visitors to navigate the festival better, a map detailing the festival\u2019s zones and stages has been published, along with all the essential information, including parking spots, entrances, wristband exchange locations, bars, festival stages, Foodland and various music zones. It can be downloaded to mobile devices via the app.<\/p>\n<p>Festival bracelet replacement spots will be open on Friday and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 3 a.m. the next day, and everyone is advised to make the exchange as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<h3>Cashless Payments at the Festival<\/h3>\n<p>Sea Star festival presents the Sea Star card, equipped with the modern contactless technology. By using the card for cashless payments you can pay for food, drinks and festival souvenirs. You can purchase your card at any festival register marked with TOP UP and put a certain amount of money on it. First payment deposit is 15 HRK, minimal first payment amount is 20 HRK, and minimal amount after that is 5 HRK.<\/p>\n<p>After ordering your favorite food or drink, you can pay for it by simply placing the card against the card reader available at every bar. You can also use this to check the status of your card at any moment. Make sure that no one is paying at the moment you are checking your card status, as the amount could be taken off your card. Any leftover amounts can be refunded at any register up to the max amount of 500 HRK. After the festival ends, it will be in the city, Police station Umag, Jadranska cesta 11.<\/p>\n<h3>Tickets and Exchange Locations<\/h3>\n<p>Until midnight on Thursday, visitors will be able to purchase tickets at pre-final prices of HKN 349 for two-day tickets and HKN 179 for one-day tickets.
