The festival is cashless, so you can top up your card and use it throughout the venue. Once you return the cup, the deposit is refunded directly to your card.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How does using the cup actually work?<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00a0Here\u2019s the flow:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You order a drink and get it in a reusable cup (deposit is taken from your festival card)<\/li>\n<li>Once you finish your drink, you return the cup at the bar<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019ll get your next drink in a clean cup, not the same one<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you\u2019re done drinking, just return the cup and your deposit is refunded to your card.<br \/>\n<strong>Cups are not meant to be kept or taken out of the festival area<\/strong>, and you can\u2019t bring them back the next day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s the point of all this?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Instead of exhausting natural resources, we extend their use and value:<br \/>\ncollected \u2192 washed \u2192 reused<\/p>\n<p>Less waste, plastic-free experience, and sustainable lifestyles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How are the cups cleaned?<br \/>\n<\/strong>The washing system uses plant-based power to naturally purify water. After use, cups are collected and processed through this system where they are thoroughly washed and sanitized before re-entering circulation. This ensures every new drink is served in a clean, safe cup while keeping the entire system circular and waste-free.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can I keep the same cup for the whole festival?<br \/>\n<\/strong>No \u2014 cups are part of a return-and-reuse system. Each time you get a new drink, you receive a clean cup after returning the previous one.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How do I return the cup?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Just bring it back to any bar and your deposit is refunded to your festival card.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What if I lose the cup?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Then the deposit isn\u2019t refunded. The system only works if cups come back into circulation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What if I damage or break the cup?<\/strong><br \/>\nYou don\u2019t get the deposit back.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why does this matter?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Because it only works if everyone plays along.
